Mineral wool blanket
Mineral wool blanket is a flexible rolling product covered with iron wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh or glass fiber clothe. It is used mainly for the insulation of large sized pipe and tank, large equipment, special shape components, valves and pipefittings. Iron and stainless steel wire mesh blanket is especially suitable for thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment.
Mineral wool roll is a flexible rolling product. It is used mainly for large sized pipe and special shaped components, valves and pipefittings, as well as thermal insulation and air conditioning systems for the wall and roof of buildings.
Faced roll is a mineral wool roll covered with aluminum foil or other covering materials for moisture proof and enhancing strength.

1. Thermal conductivity coefficient (Average test temperature 70 C, test density 150kg / m3) : <0. 044w / mK. (Only includes substrate, with covering material and suture not included)
2. Thermal load contraction temperature (maximum application temperature) : >600 C
Other special sizes, the density may have custom-made according to the customer request consultation.
All performance parameters comply with the requirements of ASTM C 612 / JIS A 9504 and other standards.
Packaging, transportation and storage
Product is packed in polythene plastic thermal-shrink film or plastic bag.
During transportation and storage, keep product away from moisture and compressive deformation.
